Brad was born and raised in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He began his Law Enforcement career by attending Clark State College in Springfield, Ohio and obtaining an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.

Brad is now a 21 year veteran of the Law Enforcement Industry. He has worked for major county Sheriff’s Offices in the state of Ohio, positions ranging from Detective to Lieutenant.

He is certified by the state of Ohio as an Ohio Sexual Abuse Investigator, Crime Scene Technician, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Peace Officer Training Instructor, Certified Firearms Instructor for Peace Officers, Certified Instructor for Private Security and Re-Qualifications Program, etc.

Amável is currently covering the European territory for B.E.A.R. FORENSICS.

Amável was born in Portugal and graduated from the prestigious Amsterdam School of Business in 1997. during this period he was living in the Netherlands and working while striving for a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.

Amável has worked in a variety of different international business positions, in a multitude of countries after graduating. He further is a founding member of B.E.A.R. FORENSICS. Amável has been a Full Polygraph Examiner with B.E.A.R FORENSICS since 2005 and began his career by an Internship in different States in the US as well as two countries in Latin America. Since May 2005, Amável has been managing and heading operations with B.E.A.R FORENSICS Europe.

Amável's knowledge of people, culture and languages make him a great interviewer and interrogator and has become a master of multiple polygraph techniques. He is capable of running polygraph exams, interviews and interrogations fluently in 7 different languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese, Luxemburgish and Spanish.

Amável is our communications man, and has successfully promoted “detection of deception” and “polygraph” on different occasions on TV, Radio and magazines. Amável co-authored different forensic courses, like for example, "BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS", "ANATOMY OF AN INTERROGATION" among others, available on the B.E.A.R. INSTITUTE Website.

Born in the UK and then immigrating to the USA, Sharron holds a degree in both Business Studies, Art media Marketing and Design and later obtained her Criminal Justice Degree from California in the USA. Juan covers the Brazilian and part of the south-american market for B.E.A.R. FORENSICS.

 

Juan is our responsible for Brazil and has been active in Fortaleza, Brazil since 1998, first as private detective, later specializing in forensic sciences. Juan has a master degree in Forensic Sciences from the UAB (Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona) in Spain, making him a specialist in forensic evidence and a criminal cases consultant.

 

Juan has performed and solved hundreds of cases first in Spain, later in Brazil as a private detective and forensic expert in handwriting and document analysis.

 

Among his successes have been finding missing people in Brazil and around the world, as well as helping wrongfully condemned citizens in their defense and evidence gathering. A real field professional that goes to the bottom of things.
